Hormone Support Juice: A Powerful Beet & Turmeric Drink for Balance & Glow

The Juice That Makes Me Feel Like Myself Again

There are certain recipes in my rotation that I reach for not because they're trendy, but because they genuinely work. This Hormone Support Juice is one of them. I make it when I feel inflamed. When my skin is dull. When I am tired in a way that sleep doesn't quite fix. When I want to do something real and grounding for my body.

The colour alone is stunning — deep ruby red from the beets, brightened by the lemon. It looks medicinal because it kind of is. Every ingredient was chosen deliberately.

Beets contain betaine, which supports the liver's ability to process and clear excess hormones. Carrots have unique fibers that bind to excess estrogen in the digestive tract and carry it out of the body — this is one of the most underrated hormone-balancing foods in nature. Cucumber hydrates and cools. Apple adds quercetin, a powerful antioxidant. Lemon alkalizes and supports vitamin C production, which is essential for progesterone.

Hormone Support Juice Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Wash and prep all produce. Peel beets and carrots if not organic.

  2. Run beets, carrots, cucumber, and apple through a slow juicer.

  3. Stir in lemon juice and Healing Turmeric until fully combined.

  4. Optional: open Hormone Health capsules and stir powder directly into the juice.

  5. Drink immediately for maximum nutrients. Can be strained through a fine mesh for a smoother texture.

Tips & Notes

  • No juicer? Blend everything with 1 cup of water and strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh sieve.

  • Keeps in a sealed glass jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours — shake well before drinking.

  • Add a small piece of fresh ginger for extra warmth and digestive support.

  • Start with smaller amounts if you are new to beet juice — it is powerful!
