Why I Love Rainbow Salads
Whenever I need a reset, I turn to colorful raw salads. Eating the rainbow isn’t just pretty—it ensures you’re getting a wide variety of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals in every bite.
This Rainbow Salad with Turmeric Dressing is one of my go-tos. It’s crisp, refreshing, and loaded with plant goodness. The real star, though, is the turmeric dressing: tangy, creamy, and anti-inflammatory. Honestly, I recommend making a bigger batch and keeping it in the fridge—it’s amazing on bowls, wraps, and even roasted veggies.

🌿 Why Add Healing Turmeric?
Turmeric is one of nature’s most powerful anti-inflammatory plants. Our Healing Turmeric mix goes beyond turmeric root—it also includes ginger, lucuma, cinnamon, and ashwagandha for added support. Together, these ingredients help calm inflammation, reduce stress, and support skin, joints, and overall health.
