Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Add Healing Turmeric to a mug.

  2. Pour hot (not boiling) water on top and whisk until smooth.

  3. Add a squeeze of lemon or orange.

  4. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup, if desired.

Enjoy warm, ideally on an empty stomach or after meals.
