What Kristel Eats in a Day with SuperPlants: Simple Rituals & Recipes

☀️ Morning Ritual

I always start simple:

  • A big glass of water

  • My Multivitamin

  • Daily Greens Shot: 2 tsp Daily Greens, water, and a squeeze of lemon 🍋

Then comes my favorite part of the morning—a big smoothie. Some of my go-tos:
