And today, we’re sharing Leo’s new favorite breakfast: 3-Ingredient Superfood Pancakes.
Made with wholefood ingredients and a plant-powered boost from SuperPlants, these pancakes are naturally sweet, gluten-free, and full of flavor.
Perfect for slow weekends or any day you want something healthy and delicious on your plate.
🌿 Superfood Pancake Recipe
Ingredients:

1 cup buckwheat flour or buckwheat oats

1 ripe banana
-
1 tbsp almond butter
-
1 pitted date (optional for extra sweetness)

½ cup water (adjust for desired thickness)

Optional: 2 tsp Beauty Berries or Healing Turmeric for a superfood glow
✨ Directions:
✅ Blend all ingredients until smooth.
✅ Pour batter into a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
✅ Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
✅ Serve warm and enjoy!
