We’re a husband-and-wife team, parents of two little ones, and passionate about helping you feel your best through the power of plants. This mission began with our own health challenges.

At 24, Michael was diagnosed with cancer. Chemo took a heavy toll on his body. Around the same time, I (Kristel) was struggling with chronic eczema that nothing seemed to help.

We turned to food as medicine—detoxing, blending superfoods, and creating simple, healing meals. The changes were profound: Michael regained his strength, and my eczema disappeared.
