🍞 Protein Banana Bread Recipe

Dry Ingredients:

  • 300 g almonds (3 large handfuls)

  • 400 g oats (5 handfuls)

  • 6 tbsp Vanilla Protein (EU link: eatsuperplants.eu/…)

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • Pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas

  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

  • 4 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Happy Cacao (EU link)

  • Healing Turmeric (EU link)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.

  2. Blend almonds + oats into flour.

  3. Blend wet ingredients until smooth.

  4. Mix flour + wet mixture together.

  5. Add optional cacao or turmeric.

  6. Pour into loaf pan.

  7. Bake 30–35 minutes.

  8. Cool, slice, enjoy!
