My Favorite Apple Crumble (Simple, Cozy & Naturally Sweetened)

Healthy Apple Crumble: Cozy, Clean & Naturally Sweetened

There’s something so comforting about a warm apple crumble — the sweetness of baked apples, the cinnamon, the crispy oat topping… it feels like fall in a bowl.
But most crumble recipes are filled with refined sugar, flour, and butter — which is why I created this simple, clean, plant-powered version.

This Healthy Apple Crumble is:

It’s cozy, nourishing, and so easy to make.

 


 

🍏 Why This Apple Crumble Is Different

This recipe uses only plants — apples, oats, walnuts, raisins — and comes together in less than 10 minutes.

You can also boost it by adding:

  • Vanilla Protein (for extra creaminess & amino acids)

  • Healing Turmeric (for anti-inflammatory benefits + warm flavor)

Both blend beautifully with the oat topping.

 


 

🍎 Apple Crumble Recipe

Ingredients:

Fruit Filling:

  • 4 apples, cubed

  • 150 g raisins

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Crumble Topping:

  • 250 g quick oats

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 50 g walnuts

  • 480 ml water

  • Optional: SuperPlants Vanilla Protein 

  • Optional: Healing Turmeric

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.

  2. Add apples, raisins, and cinnamon to a baking dish.

  3. Mix oats, maple syrup, walnuts, water, and optional protein + turmeric.

  4. Spread on top of the apple mixture.

  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden on top and soft underneath.

  6. Serve warm with almond butter.
