I’m a big believer in snacks that are as delicious as they are functional. These Green Lemon Balls tick all the boxes: tangy from fresh lemon, naturally sweet from dates, creamy from cashews—and boosted with the power of our Daily Greens mix.

🇪🇺 Green Lemon Balls Recipe

Ingredients (makes ~12 balls):

  • 4 tsp SuperPlants Daily Greens

  • 120 g cashews

  • 120 g pitted dates

  • Juice & zest of ½ lemon

Instructions:

  1. Add cashews and dates to a food processor and blend until sticky.

  2. Add Daily Greens, lemon juice, and zest. Blend again until the mixture holds together.

  3. Roll into small balls using your hands.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  5. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
